Hello and welcome!
I’m Rachael—a coach, friend, daughter, teacher, student, adventurer, and creator. These are just a few of the roles I embrace, and I’m sure there are many more, some of which I may not even be aware of yet. We are all complex and capable individuals, each with unique gifts to offer the world. One of my passions is helping people grow in countless ways, and I find immense joy in supporting others on their journeys.
I’m not a licensed counselor, and my expertise comes primarily from my own experiences. While I hold a degree in Organizational Development, much of my personal growth has been shaped by my own healing journey—working with counselors, a food consultant, and a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. These experiences have all contributed to the self-discovery and motivation I carry with me today.
I started this blog as a way to process and cope with disordered eating and complex PTSD. My hope is that by sharing my story, others may feel seen and understood, knowing they are never alone in their struggles.
Thank you for being here. I’m glad you stopped by! 🙂
